There is no way to know the score requirements for one, two, or three stars on a given level. Score is awarded for destroying blocks, enemies, and objects, as well as for destroying all the enemies with birds left over. Stars are earned on a level by surpassing the predetermined score thresholds, with more stars being awarded for higher scores. These achievements are all related to earning stars in the game, with the final achievement requiring a total of 500 stars. This glitch is fairly rare, but the work-around works every time.
If you actually did meet the requirements, the achievement will pop at the Main Menu. GLITCHY ACHIEVEMENT NOTE: If you definitely feel you met the requirements for an achievement but it did not pop, exit the game and load it back up.
Using video guides will speed up this process. Depending on your Angry Birds skill, you should be on your way to completing this game in 15 to 25 hours. You will however have to complete every level and earn a lot of stars (not all), which in itself can be a considered time consuming.
